This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Mirrors. Definition: a reflecting surface, originally of polished metal but now usually of glass with a silvery, metallic, or amalgam backing.
Mirrors, interesting things. They aren't living. They're just there. Serving for one thing and one thing only; to be looked through to see what we look like or to see something behind us. That's all they do.
What if, just thinking like a mad man here, they were alive? Or at least could look back. Cause no one really looks AT the mirror... they look at what's in the mirror. What would it say if you could interview a mirror?
For instance, my mirror has seen me happy, sad, confused, full of spite, lack of care. It's seen me shave and has heard me sing. It has seen me cry and it has even seen me hurt myself... more than once. It has seen what no one else has. It's seen the happiest smiles and heard joyous laughter. It's also seen the purest of pain, and the definition of fear and anger. It's heard the cries of confusion and seen the eyes of pity.
If my mirror could talk to me, what would it say? What would yours say? Would it console you? I like to think it would. I think mirrors would b loving creatures. They would feel pity and love for the pained and fallen. It would try to help them up.
Sadly we take mirrors for granted. We don't look at the mirror but through it. We look at ourselves and we don't care about it. Only when you look at the mirror, can you truly see everything it has.
I'm just who I am. It's hard to say who I am because I'm just a physical body and brain that is empowered by a beautiful mind. This is one of my ways to show people I'm more than just a body and brain. This is one of my ways to share my mind, the real me. The me inside. This is what's under the mask of me.
